Complaints
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE DELIVERY
It almost never happens, but of course no one is infallible and you may have any of the following complaints:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The goods are damaged or faulty.
Should one of the above cases occur, we ask that you contact us immediately. You can reach us from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. by telephone on +36 70 / 797 - 0275 or by e-mail at info@gartenmobel-auflagen.de.
We will then discuss with you whether and how the goods need to be returned to us and how quickly we can deliver replacement goods to you.
In this case, of course, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the goods.
DAMAGED SHIPPING PACKAGING
If you see that the transport packaging is damaged, we ask you to refuse acceptance. Please inform us about this immediately. This can be done on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. by telephone on +36 70 / 797 - 0275 or by e-mail at info@gartenmobel-auflagen.de.
We will immediately order a new shipment.
