You can order any item from us, regardless of the value of the goods. The shipping costs per order are €9.95 within Germany.

We deliver via www.gartenmobel-auflagen.de to:
CZECH REPUBLIC: €14.90
We do not ship to Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time is about 5-10 days. If for any reason this is not possible then we will inform you in advance.
WHO DELIVER THE CUSHIONS ORDERED?
The delivery is made by the company GLS.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
We charge €9.95 per order within Germany, including orders for fabric samples.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN DELIVERY?
In this case, the GLS employee will send you a message telling you where and by when you can pick up the package.
GLS can store the package for around 5 days. If you have concluded an agreement with GLS in advance, your order will be left in front of the door in case of absence.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS GIVEN WHEN ORDERING?
Yes, there is a possibility to change the delivery address before shipping. Report the need to the following e-mail address. email@example.com
DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT EVEN IF THERE IS VISIBLE TRANSPORT DAMAGE?
If there is visible damage to the transport packaging, we ask you not to accept the shipment and to inform us at the following e-mail address. firstname.lastname@example.org We will then immediately take care of solving the problem.

I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. DO YOU ALSO OFFER PURCHASING ON INVOICE?
Purchase on invoice is not possible. If you do not have a credit card, we recommend paying in advance or by PayPal. If you decide to pay in advance, we will ship the goods as soon as we have received the payment. There may be slight delays here, as banks debit the amounts from your account without posting it directly to our account. We physically check incoming payments and ship immediately after receipt of payment.
Exchange of defective items
In the case of a defective item, please send us a short e-mail to email@example.com stating your order number and telephone number, as well as a brief description of what the defect is and, if possible, a picture.
When we receive the item, you will either receive a prompt refund via PayPal or to your specified bank account, depending on the payment method you used to pay us, or a new item.
